OHS Policy

To comply with laws, regulations and standards related to our activities in Occupational Health and Safety matters

To protect human health in a team spirit by ensuring compliance with legal regulations and stakeholder expectations,

To create a safe and healthy working environment by identifying and controlling risks in the working environment,

To select a machine or equipment to be newly purchased by evaluating its effects in terms of Occupational Health and Safety,

In the workplace and its annexes; to take all kinds of measures in accordance with the current OHS legislation and other requirements related to OHS to ensure the health and safety of employees and visitors, to provide tools and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and to ensure their use,

To ensure that worker representatives actively participate in occupational health and safety organization and that employees participate,

We commit to creating OHS awareness among employees through training to be provided and continuous improvement, and we announce that we will share the experiences gained with relevant parties and stakeholders.

Environment Policy

To comply with the provisions of the Republic of Turkey Environmental Legislation in all our activities.

To detect pollution at its source and minimize it.

To develop environmentally compatible plans and projects that will ensure continuous improvement in all production processes,

To set goals in line with our policy and keep them up to date by monitoring them,

To support environmental activities planned by the Organized Industrial Zone,

To keep the environmental impacts of all our wastes under control and ensure their reduction,

To use natural resources efficiently.

To protect the environment by using products that do not harm human health and the environment

We commit to educating all our employees on environmental awareness, as well as raising awareness among our suppliers and sharing the experiences gained with stakeholders.

Chemical Management Policy

As Gülçek Textile; we attach great importance to the environment, nature and human health.

For this importance, to track and manage the chemical restrictions set by our collaborative customers on a current basis,

To continuously improve our management process starting with chemical procurement; the safe and correct use of chemicals, their proper storage and disposal with appropriate procedures and practices with our expert chemical management team,

To ensure the compliance of the auxiliary chemicals and dyestuffs we supply for our business with our customers' current chemical restrictions, to document them with tests and to commit to their reliability,

To take safety measures for the chemical materials we use and to make training on chemical use continuous to increase the awareness of those working in these chemical areas,

To aim to minimize harm to nature and humanity by evaluating and sharing the data in our quality system,

To bring our quality system, which we have created based on the principles of sustainability, traceability and transparency, together with new technologies and applications every day.

We commit that the chemicals to be used in accordance with quality system standards are tracked for ZDHC, REACH, SVHC, OEKOTEX, Brands' MRSL/RSL, DETOX
